I kind of have a weird way I quit smoking too. I had a vape pen with Juicy Fruit flavored nicotine. It was absolutely disgusting. Every time I craved a cigarette I would just hit that pen a couple times, gag and that was it. After a while I was pretty much over it. And I used to smoke cigarettes while wearing a nicotine patch so I was pretty addicted. Not saying this will work for everyone, but smoking a gross vape flavor definitely helped me 😂

Watched this when it first came out as a heavy smoker thinking ill quit like this one day. Now I'm slowly starting to quit and doing it the drew way, so far very useful, ill pop back in a year and update. But for now, have been been awake for 5 hours and only had one cig which is pretty huge for me as I usually have 1 every hour lmao
